Leadership Rochester inspires, connects, and educates a vibrant, diverse network of individuals who will provide leadership to transform and strengthen our Greater Rochester Region. The Signature Program is dedicated to creating a legacy of professional leaders who will grow and positively impact the greater Rochester region. We go above and beyond personal leadership development with a thoughtfully curated curriculum that delves into the core issues affecting our community.  This year’s classes represent a diverse cross-section of our community, both personally and professionally, all of which are driven to create meaningful change.  We’re eager to get started.

The presenting sponsor of this year’s program is Andy Nahas and The Prospect Fund.  Andy is an alum of Leadership Rochester’s inaugural class in 1992. He’s also the founder of The Prospect Fund, an investment fund whose mission is to seek maximum returns in the stock market through investing in socially responsible, sustainable growth companies. Those gains are then used to support activist and charitable organizations which improve the condition of life on our planet.

When asked his support for Leadership Rochester, Nahas stated,

“Leadership Rochester is the type of program which is crucial to the advancement and cohesiveness of our society, whereby businesspeople, social activists, educators and others from every realm can learn about each other and from each other.  This program had a large influence on my desire and ability to integrate investing in businesses with investing in social justice solutions, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.”

Leadership Rochester is pleased to strengthen leaders and businesses across our community.  We look forward to another successful cohort.

Leadership Rochester is pleased to welcome the Class of 2021.
